SPECTACULAR CLOSING DAY FOR THE HUBLOT PALMAVELA

Bella Mente in Maxi Mini R, Wallyño in Maxi Mini CR: 

Palma de Mallorca.- Today was the closing day of the HUBLOT PalmaVela, the first big European regatta of the season which counted with the participation of 190 boats and 1500 sailors distributed in 20 classes.

The Charlie-HUBLOT Big Bang area hosted the coastal races of TP52, Maxis and Classics with a course of 22,1 miles for the two first classes, and 11,6 miles for the third one. 

In Maxis CR Favonius from Monaco was fifth in the coastal race, but had gained enough points as to beat Grey Goose in the final results. Third in the general was Open Season of Thomas Bscher. In Mini Maxi R Luna Rossa helmed by Robert Scheidt won and the other  brand new STP 65 german container was second. Third was even newer RAN of Nicklas Zennstom. In Maxi C Lizard of Cornwall of Bubi Sansó and Toño Gorostegui kept undefeated, followed by Alarife Cien. In Maxi Mini CR Wallyño managed to pass @robas in the final result on the final day and third was Kiboko.
